The garden around the house was initially designed by Michel Semini, one of the two or three best land designers in Provence.

It has been made to create spots of intimacy where you can feel at ease and away from everything. The plants and shrubs are all local mediterranean and inspired by the gardens of Domaine du Rayol near Cavalaire : Of course lavenders and rosemarine but also thyme, helicrysum, oleanders etc … Trees include a superb pink lagerstroemia and several rare items.

The best season for the garden is Spring because of the irises everywhere and the valerians all over. But later it is still very good.

The swimming pool is pretty and enjoyable. It is quiet as we don’t receive so many guests and they are away most of the time. Nice view on the countryside as the house is on a hill. The back of the property is  completely open on Nature. So you can start your wandering around direct from here.

You have excellent views on Gordes east, Senanque Abbey Valley north, The Alpilles west and the Luberon Mountain south.

We are on the sunny side of Luberon and this is quite important.
