Lindsay Vonn : Precious Advices for a better Life

When you are at Mas des Etoiles, it is a good time to think more deeply about things, and maybe make resolutions for a better future. This may bring some ideas.

Lindsay Vonn  is now the world’s greatest female ski racer. She is from St Paul MN,  and she is preparing for the next olympics at Lake Louise ( a place we , with Annette, we have visited – gorgeous colors).

She is giving us a lot of advices. Nothing revolutionary but this might help on our hopes to be qualified for the next time.

 

 

What’s on the menu for an Olympian?
Breakfast:
Soft boiled egg, sweet potato hash
Between workout bites:
Roast garlic hummus with root vegetable chips
Peanut butter chia jam on sesame
Fish tacos
Dinner:
Eye fillet on cauliflower quinoa, white bean puree & kale chip
Seared white fish sesame miso greens and cauliflower quinoa pilaf
Hard herb field mushrooms on miso green and cauliflower quinoa pilaf
Sides:
Sweet & sour Brussels sprouts
Carrot & beet board with toasted pecans, puffed rice, goats curd
Dessert:
Banana nut ice cream with blueberry sauce and protein crumb
