General Information :  Large size breakfasts included in the rate - Value 25 EUR for 2. We accept  no pets. • Smoking is possible in areas away from the other guests  and certainly not in the rooms • Children over 12 are welcome. At lower ages, this can be negociated (we are careful about possible disturbances). • Check-in time is better from 3 30 PM to 7 00 PM. Prepayment : There is no charge at all until 30 days before arrival. At 30 days, you may be charged 50%. The balance due upon the stay.
Cancellation : No cancellation charge until 30 days before arrival . If cancelled or modified  less than 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be due ( the amount prepaid). The maximum charge is in any case not more than 50%
